By accessing or using the website oxfordjournalspress.com (the "Website") or any of the publication services offered by Oxford Journals Press ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website and our services.
Oxford Journals Press provides academic and research publication support services, including but not limited to manuscript writing, editing and proofreading, peer review feedback, plagiarism removal, journal submission, and consultation. All services are intended for guidance and assistance purposes; final authorship, intellectual ownership, and responsibility for the published content remain with the client.
We provide reasonable revisions free of charge during the agreed delivery window, provided the requested changes fall within the original brief. Revisions outside the original scope may incur additional fees, agreed upfront.
Clients may request a refund where the delivered work demonstrably fails to meet the agreed brief and we are unable to remedy the issue through reasonable revisions. Refund eligibility is determined case by case. Once a manuscript has been submitted to a journal under your authorship, we cannot refund associated submission work.
We treat all client information, manuscripts, data, and correspondence with strict confidentiality. Our experts sign NDAs and we never disclose client identity or work to any third party except where required by law.
You retain full intellectual property rights over the content delivered to you. Once full payment is received, you may use the work for academic, research, or any other lawful purpose. Oxford Journals Press waives any claim to the delivered content.
You agree not to use our services to commit academic misconduct, fraud, plagiarism, or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to refuse service if a project violates ethical, legal, or journal-specific guidelines.
While we work to maximise the quality and journal-fit of every manuscript, the final decision on publication rests with the editorial board of the target journal. We cannot and do not guarantee acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxford Journals Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at info@oxfordjournalspress.com or call +44 7411 201631.
